& who we are ideal for

SUPERVISED BY NANCY PHUNG-SMITH, LMFT138181

I work with individuals holding multicultural, intersecting identities who are empaths, deep feelers, and highly sensitive persons, looking to improve their relationship with themselves and others. Many of my clients have struggled with the present-day impacts of past trauma, challenges around self-worth, and feeling “good enough.” Therapy with me is a space to slow down and gently explore the context of what feels heavy or conflicting within, while building the tools to move through life with greater steadiness, clarity, and acceptance. Together, we work to understand the roots of your patterns with curiosity, allowing room for lasting change to take place.

We believe every person deserves compassionate care. While our “ideal clients” represent the areas in which we have deep, specialized experience; our training and commitment to provide inclusive and quality care to all.

Our clinical education and ongoing training enables us to continuously enhance our expertise and expand our ability to provide support to individuals, couples, and families.
