Perspectivism romanesque carolingian op art suprematism, monumentalism aestheticism neo-geo video art, purism romanticism international gothic.

In a trauma-informed space, we don’t rush to “fix” or “figure it all out.” Instead, we slow down and gently explore the patterns that once kept you safe, but may now be keeping you stuck. We'll build more awareness around your needs, your boundaries, and relationships, so you can begin to relate to yourself and others from a more grounded, honest place.

I´M A TRAINED EMDR

I am a trained EMDR therapist and specialize in working with women in their 20's and 30's who are in the thick of it—the perfectionists, the people pleasers, those navigating the emotional mess of a breakup or a big life transition that's left them questioning, “Who even am I without them or that?"

MAYBE YOU...

Maybe you struggle to ask for what you need without feeling guilty, find it impossible to say no, or constantly wonder if you're doing enough—in your work, your relationships, your healing, your life. Or maybe it feels as if life has ripped the rug out from under you, and you're left sorting through the pieces, trying to figure out what still fits and what doesn't.

I BELIEVE...

I believe these messy in-between seasons of life can be powerful initiations. Though incredibly painful, they crack things wide open and invite us to take a closer look at the patterns we’ve been living out and ways we've been showing up—so that we can see ourselves more clearly and make new choices that move us towards a healthier version of ourselves.

My cup is filled by many passions. I owned a vintage shop for five years and love curating collections that express my creativity through style. I’m a natural connector and wholeheartedly believe in the power of community. That belief led me to create unique spaces for young women to heal and grow together—specifically, support groups that take place inside a retrofitted school bus. Bringing people together and fostering a sense of belonging isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am!
