Let’s explore an example. Say we feel anxious about a big presentation coming up at work. We are sitting thinking about it the night before. If you paid attention to your body, you may notice a furrowed brow, a tightness in the jaw, shoulders up by your ears, heart pounding or sensations in chest, a clenched tummy and booty, hands in fists or gripping and a general tightening of major muscle groups.
